Upon the applicant’s request, this item was not considered at first reading on April 28, 2026 and will not be considered at this meeting. This item will be re-noticed and brought before the Local Planning Agency for consideration at a future date.

Local Planning Agency discussion and/or action re: An Ordinance of the City of Sunrise, Florida, approving a Rezoning from B-3 (General Business District) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) District of approximately 9.65 acres of land generally located south of West Oakland Park Boulevard, between NW 64 Avenue and NW 68 Avenue, within the City of Sunrise, Broward County, Florida; allocating up to 33 flexibility units for the proposed project; amending the zoning district map to reflect the rezoning; providing for conflict; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
