Background:

The South Florida Institute on Aging (SoFIA) has requested a brief meeting to discuss partnership opportunities that support a coordinated system of care for older adults in Sunrise.

SoFIA is dedicated to empowering older adults and their families through veteran services and center support, companion services, digital inclusion training, and tutoring and mentoring programs for youth—all designed to help seniors remain independent, supported, and connected within their communities. SoFIA look forward to exploring additional ways we may collaborate to serve older adults in Sunrise.
