The Utilities Department, Public Works Division, is seeking to purchase a tracked boom aerial lift to perform tree maintenance, decorative light maintenance, banner installation, and other related activities in constricted locations where a bucket truck cannot be used.

The City issued Bid No. 26-37-01-WL for a Tracked Boom Aerial Lift, Model TD42T, manufactured by Niftylift, and electronically posted it on Demandstar, which was broadcast to 57 vendors registered under corresponding commodity codes. The bid opened on February 12, 2026, and nine responses were received.

The Utilities Department, and the Purchasing Office staff reviewed the responses and recommend award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Cisolift Distribution USA Inc. This item is included in the adopted FY25/26 Budget and the pricing provided by Cisolift Distribution USA Inc. came within the department's budgeted amount.

No Sunrise vendors were solicited because there are no vendors listed in the Business Tax License Directory that provide this type of equipment.
