| Background:
As part of the Sunwest Commerce Center (F/K/A CSG Sunwest) project, Broward Development Associates, LLC and Soccer City, LLC entered into a Restrictive (Shared Parking) Covenant to accommodate parking. As successors to the Covenant, Sunwest Office Park, LLC and Ontime Consulting USA, LLC desire to terminate and release the Covenant as no longer applicable.
Staff recommends approval of this item.
