Background:

The City Commission approved the implementation of the Teacher of the Month program, to run from September through June of the school year to recognize our outstanding Sunrise teachers.

 

The Principal at each school has selected the teacher they feel best represents his/her school as Teacher of the Month for the City of Sunrise. The teacher will receive recognition at a City Commission meeting and a $50 gift card.
