This item amends the FY 2025/2026 Budget as follows:

Stormwater Fund 444
A: This item recognizes the appropriation of grant funding in the amount of $500,000 from the State of Florida Department of Environment Protection (FDEP) approved by City Commission on January 25, 2022 via Resolution No. 22-6, funding in the amount of $2,195,866 from the Broward County Transportation Surtax as presented at the City Commission meeting on January 27, 2026 for approval, and the appropriation of fund balance in the amount of $382,543 for a total of $3,078,409 to support the replacement of Stormwater Pump Station No. 5 - Project #006305.

B: This item recognizes the appropriation of grant funding in the amount of $500,000 from the Resilient Broward Grant to be presented at the City Commission meeting on January 27, 2026 for approval to support drainage improvements at Basin No. 15 - Project #006329.

 
Fleet Management Fund 502
C: This item recognizes the reappropriation of fund balance in the amount of $478,379 and transfers funding to the appropriate account to fund Purchase Order (PO) #25001294 for the replacement of a Fire Rescue vehicle. The PO was closed in error during the FY 2025 year-end closing process. This purchase was previously budgeted and approved by the City Commission.
