This item amends the FY 2025/2026 Personnel Summary as follows:

Water/Wastewater Department - Gas Operations and Management Division
The Water/Wastewater Department - Gas Operations and Management Division is requesting a change to their personnel summary to retitle one (1) full-time Manager, Gas Marketing & Administration position to one (1) full-time Gas Business Development Coordinator position. The retitling of this position is reflective of the marketplace and is designed to attract additional candidates to the government sector. There is no fiscal impact with this position retitle.

Community Development Department - Building Division
The Community Development Department - Building Division is requesting a change to their personnel summary to add one (1) full-time Plans Examiner position. An additional Plans Examiner is needed due to the sustained heightened workload and anticipated plan review workload. There has been an elevated level of plan review that exceeds the capacity of the existing employees and additional assistance is required at this time.

The added position will assist the Division in processing the high volume of incoming plans and associated documents more efficiently, helping to alleviate the backlog, and meeting performance metrics to provide better customer service.
