This item amends the FY 2025/2026 Budget as follows:

General Fund 001

A: This item recognizes the reappropriation of grant funding in the amount of $571,350 and the appropriation of fund balance in the amount of $63,500 and transfers funding to the appropriate account to support the State of Florida Department of Emergency Management (FDEM) Hazard Mitigation Program grant awarded for the replacement of windows and doors at the Sunrise Tennis Club. The grant award was originally approved at the City Commission meeting on August 13, 2024.

Urban Area Security Initiative Grant Fund 140
B: This item recognizes the appropriation of fund balance in the amount of $14,925, due to the sale of a UASI grant asset at auction, and transfers funding from the auction to the appropriate account to support the higher cost of the handheld chemical detector and other additional equipment.
