| Background:
This program was designed to celebrate and inspire public service and community participation among our youth and the next generation of leaders.
The City of Sunrise has eleven public schools (eight elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school), two private schools (All Saints Catholic School and Salah Tawfik), two high schools outside of the city (Plantation High School and Western High School) and one Charter School (Franklin Academy) that will be recognized.
