Background:

This item amends the FY 2025/2026 Personnel Summary as follows:

Finance and Administrative Services Department
The Finance and Administrative Services Department is requesting a change to their personnel summary to reclassify one (1) vacant full-time Accounts Payable Supervisor (Sunrise General Employees Union) to one (1) full-time Accounts Payable Manager (Supervisory/Professional) position. The current vacancy in this position provides an opportunity to align this position with the other supervisory positions within the department.

The reclassification of this position is sufficiently funded within the FY 2025/2026 Adopted Budget as there will be overtime savings by moving this position from hourly to exempt/salaried.
