A Resolution of the City of Sunrise, Florida, approving a “Master Landlord’s Consent to Sublease Agreement” between and among BOF FL Sawgrass Tech Park LLC, the City of Sunrise, Florida and Dan Daley, in substantial form; and providing an effective date. City Manager Mark Lubelski.  

The City recently entered into a First Amendment to Sublease Agreement with Representative Dan Daley for his District Office within the City's leased offices of the Community Development Department, located in the City Annex at 1601 NW 136th Avenue, Sunrise, Building A.

In order to finalize the sublease, the City had to send the fully executed sublease with Representative Daley to the landlord for them to provide the City with a "Master Landlord's Consent to Sublease Amendment," which is required from the BOF FL Sawgrass Tech Park LL.  

Approval is requested to authorize the Mayor to execute the Master Landlord's Consent to Sublease Amendment and and future amendments or renewals to the Consent to Sublease should we extend or renew the sublease with Representative Daley.
